I received excellent, courteous, and professional service from office staff and technician. The repairs were done in an efficient manner and the cost was reasonable. I would recomment Dave's Appliance Care and will be using them again. Dave's Appliance continues to deliver great service each time I have used them.

I was in desperate need of repair as all the meat and prepared foods started to defrost. Dave came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed the cause of the icing problem and within a half hour, the freezer was running. Saving us several thousands in spoiled foods. Everyone can rest easy with Dave on the job!

OK this is kind of embarrassing but here you go. I just moved into a home a few months ago and wouldn't you know it, the Dishwasher just died. I checked all of our GFI outlets and our circuit breaker. So, being new to the NC, I googled appliance repair and Dave's Appliance repair got the most reviews. I called and talked to Valerie and OMG she was incredible. This is where it gets embarrassing. She suggested finding a wall switch near the garbage disposal and sure enough, we'd never even noticed that that switch turns the dishwasher on and off. They aren't wired like that in CA. Voila it worked like a charm. She is delightful, knowledgeable and incredibly honest. In CA, they would have taken an $80 service call to throw my switch for me.... She is the BEST!
