Such a quick response with a prompt service call. I was very appreciative of it. I spent over 1-1/2 hrs on the phone texting Samsung service technicians about my refrigerator problem with no results. When I called Steven at Great Appliance he had dealt with my problem before and told me how to fix it via our phone conversation even though he no longer works on Samsung refrigerators. I've been trying to get my house ready to sell. The microwave turntable wasn't moving and the oven door fell off. Both are built-ins, so I was possibly looking at thousands in replacement cost. I contacted Steve and he replied quickly. I sent him the information and pictures he needed, and he was at my house as soon as we were both available. I was so glad I chose to work with Steve. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and prepared. The cost of the repairs was more than fair, too. I can't say enough good things about Great Appliance Repair.
