3 problems…didn’t send me paperwork they promised and I’m quite sure that I’ll be driving on an expired paper tag in 4 days because of that. Salesman made out like it was not a problem, but it is. He said, “I admit I dropped the ball.” Well, he also dropped the ball on the weather tech mats he ordered for me. He said “we’ll call you when they come in.” After several weeks I called them but salesman was gone and nobody knew anything about my mats. Turns out they’d been there for “2 or 3 weeks but nobody knew who they were for.” Finally, I’m old and I need someone to explain all the buzzers and whistles. Salesman said (like he’s doing me a favor) “I can give you a couple of minutes.” He did. 2 minutes. $76,000 truck. I expected better.

I got towed here from the highway and had excellent service, careful work on my car with a precise diagnosis and quality work. I would definitely come here again.

I say this with all sincerity. This dealership has the friendliest and most helpful staff Ive ever met at any dealership anywhere. Period. I could tell a very long story but suffice to say my truck is being service at this dealership (which is a complicated story) but they have been communicative, hard working, and caring. I hope to buy a car from them when the time comes. I live 6 hours away and will do all I can to give them my business. The Owner is great and the service team is the best Ive dealt with. Highly recommend.
