        If I could give this company a zero, I would. The service advisor, Steve Kinslow, and his superiors chose not to honor the warranty on my vehicle. There have been too many lies and ghosting behaviors with this service advisor, and no one should have to wait 9 months for a part to come in on a car and be without transportation. If you're not going to honor the warranty on your cars/trucks as a dealership, why have a warranty in the first place? You don't treat customers like this. Now I have to go through other channels to get Town and Country Ford to fix my car. I've had a terrible experience with this company.j
