Everetts Creek East by D.R. Horton America's Builder

We stopped by Everetts Creek recently. We were impressed with the quality of the homes for the prices. The convenient location was great too!

We are in the building process we met with Andrew Urban on April 29 where we signed all the paperwork electronically. We had chosen our colors for the siding the countertops the cupboards the paint. We were opting for a white lighter colored look. Well cabinets (dark grey not white) and dark countertops along with dark flooring has been put in. The walls are not white but more of a green. Andrew had a problem working with the new system. He couldn’t print out our paperwork we were told that we would receive them electronically. Turns out our signatures and initials are no longer there. The change order for the colors that we selected don’t matter to anyone they are putting the colors that they want. I am not happy at all over this situation and I hope it gets resolved before settlement because it was not our error.
