        Naomi and Chris are excellent to work with! Nice, friendly and professional. Highly recommend these 2! Homes are beautiful with gorgeous views throughout the community. Can't wait to take my coffee and book to the boardwalk.

        Only buy DR Horton homes if you are planning on selling within a year. they give you 11 months warranty that is useless because they Never respond. you file a claim and someone from Wilmington will email you back usually stating that they receive you warranty claim and forward to the trade. they trade never calls or contact you. I file two claim so far since August 2022 and I have yet to hear from anyone beyond the person in Wilmington. I try contacting the person in Wilmington but all they do there is sending me back to the trade. it's game to them after the house is sold and they have their money.
