I've never had good service at this store. The first time I walked into the store years ago the manager acted like he didn't have time to answer my questions. I went back days ago and an employee ask me if I needed help. I said, I was trying to decided between these two products. She said, ok and just walked off.

Nice atmosphere.
Wonderful and helpful staff without being overbearing.
Prices and quality of products.
Thats why I keep going back!

Just went in and I just needed a replacement cord for my HP notebook. I will never go back the associates dont know how to provide customer service. I was told I had to buy the replacement cord before I could even try it so I did and it didnt work. So they gave me a refund then they brought over another cord for me to try. I was like NO I am not going to keep paying for cords and not know they will work. It takes 7-10 days for the money to go back into my account. This is crazy poor customer service and if this is a policy then you have totally lost my business!!!!
