I went in to make a copy of an important document around 10am. None of their machines worked so I had to go to Staples further down the street. Not reliable.

I went to office depot to try to fix a laptop port issue that required soldering. The sales rep gave me a price tag of ~$600 because he said they needed to send it to a lab (the replacement part cost ~$20). I proceeded to ask him how long it would take, despite knowing the cost was nearly half of the laptop's value and he estimated 2 months. I ignored the fact he was trying to suggest I should just buy a new computer there and left afterwards. I got the laptop fixed at a local place for ~$100 half hour later, but was genuinely still shocked at the time and cost Office Depot was listing for their service that I had to write this review. I could've literally bought the tools and learned how to solder it myself for that much monetary resource. Needless to say I'm unlikely to go to Office Depot again for physical products or services.

I've called 3 times and held so long that it went to a voicemail. I'm on hold for the 4th time, and still no answer.
