Power Home Technologies (BBC rating D-) was sold to Alliance Holdings, doing business as Alliance Security (BBC rating F). Despite their web site, PHT is out of business.

Have not had the PHT service for over a year now. However, they continue to charge my account even though I have no contractual obligation, and sent in a Notice Of Cancellation via certified mail. Please start charging me, I have a new system and service with Brinks Home, who I can actually get on the phone!!!

So I have tried several times to contact this company with no results so I decided to call the finance company only to tell me this company is no longer in business, imagine how Im feeling now having to still pay for equipment with no serviceI feel like I was scammed and Times are already hard for people!!!!

This company appears to have shut down, or it has been a sham all along. These guys were the contracted vendor to install wiring in my new home for Pulte Homes. They did not crimp the wires correctly, and now I can't get in touch with anyone to come fix this.
