Gil lead the installation for Sonitrol. He was extremely thorough and it was obvious he wanted to do a great job. It wasn't just a task to complete. He represents the company very well and I highly recommend them. The team stayed late or came early. They did what had to be done with no excuses. Communicated well and Even vacuumed each day. Overall a great experience.

They sent a tech to our location without a) a request for a tech, and b) a quote of what the visit (which we didn’t request) would cost. When we complained, their head of customer service defended these actions, which only leads me to believe deceptive and unethical practices like these are how they do business. Stay away.

Jeff, Aric and team were incredible. We were clearly informed from the beginning. The technicians arrived early and performed excellent work, even cleaning up bad cabling from a prior vendor. The system works flawlessly. The technical support team is incredibly prompt, rapidly processing changes and thoroughly answering any questions. Excellent product and excellent support, at a more than reasonable cost.
