First time buying a home and we connected with Ray. If anyone is purchasing a home in the area, they would know how crazy the market is. Ray made the process as painless as possible with great guided knowledge of the market and housing possibilities in our price range. He was able to communicate clearly with us throughout the entire process and answer any questions as they came up.
I cannot recommend ERA Dream Living Realty enough. It was a great experience that I truly appreciated after hearing horror stories from friends about other real estate buying experiences. If you are thinking about buying a home you would be doing yourself a disservice by not calling Ray.

I thought it would be super stressful to buy a house. Honestly, right now, it should have been, the way the market is standing right now. How can you buy a house with the market the way it is, and not having the worlds largest amount of money, you use Laura Talbot. The greatest experience I’ve had buying anything. She took the stress from me, didn’t let me stress at all. Very communicative. When I started to stress, she told me not to, told me the situation and actually helped me through from start to end. Even after the house was bought, I received a follow up to make sure everything was okay. I will only have one person do anything with my house buying/selling for the rest of my life. If you’re buying a house, please contact her there. You won’t be upset at all!

Trevor is a super nice guy. Amazing communicator that checked in with me the perfect amount and was available night and day. He did his research, provided me with concrete data and numbers in an organized user friendly way and helped me decide on the price to list my home. Knowledgeable and always ready to find answers to my questions. I can honestly say that selling my home w Trevor as my realtor was easy and enjoyable. He did all the heavy lifting. Oh... he even showed up with a bottle of wine when I went to sign closing papers at the buyers attorney office.

Trevor is so amazing! I began my search about 3-4 months ago and he was extremely patient through the entire process. He showed me a whole spread of houses that lined up with what I was looking for and gave honest feedback about which would be the best for my long-term investment.
Once I had my eyes set on the house I wanted (and eventually purchased), we went through the house with a fine eye to find any flaws. Trevor used what we found as leverage at the negotiating table and I got back so much at closing!!
I will definitely be working with him on future investment properties. Best realtor in Raleigh hands down!
