Recently sold our house working closely with Audrey & Jason. Both very professional, empathetic & detail orientated. They treated us like we were there only clients. Shame we had to move away, would of loved to of had many beers with Audrey in the future & formed a forever friend. As a seller, I had a great experience with Jason. At our first meeting, he provided a timeline for listing and stuck to it! He arranged everything for prepping the house for showings and truly made the process easy for me. He was patient with my many questions, always organized, and very professional. Im not one to fill out reviews, but folks moving in or out of the Triangle need to know about these guys. Pre-warning: this is long, so if youre fine with mediocre service and agents who dont really care about you or your needs stop reading now, and go meet up with them. 8 years ago I was on the hunt for my dream home in Raleigh (2014). I connected with 3 other realtors and had a handful of showings with each of them (do yourself a favor and never sign a exclusivity contract!) before finally finding one who is worth her weight in gold. Audrey Johnston. She didnt even once ask me to sign an exclusivity contract. Instead, she actually listened to my specific requests, and took the time to understand exactly what my priorities were in the house and budget I was shopping. Then she set to work finding my perfect house. She was extremely accommodating to my demanding work schedule and excellent at communicating (market trends, expectations, her professional opinion, and all the info and data I needed to make an informed decision). The whole experience (albeit a several month searching process) was professional, informative, friendly, and down to earth. She really has a personal vested interest in helping you, and is not just showing up for a paycheck -which was the feeling I got from the other realtors who paid very little attention to what I was looking for, and what my needs were. Fast forward 8 years and we are now moving from Raleigh to Asheville. Audrey Johnston has now teamed up with Jason Dalton and the pair of them are a power team. They came through massively in 100+ difficult last minute requests throughout the selling process. The service they give you makes you feel like you are their number one priority. The experience, resources and connections they have in the industry are second to none. I honestly cannot say enough great things about these two. The whole selling process could not have gone more smoothly - even with the curveballs that life threw us and therefore them. If you are looking for a realtor or if you just have a mediocre realtor who is not listening to you, and not meeting your needs Save yourself a world of headaches and call them.
