We are working on my Mom's condo and the bathroom and kitchen needed some major TLC. The bathroom leak originated in the bathroom ceiling and required the cooperation of the upstairs neighbor. Not only did Matt address Mom's bathroom problems but he also coordinated and fixed the neighbor's plumbing issues, (bathtub leak from the upstairs unit). Next, Matt tackled the kitchen sink and connecting pipes, which were in disarray. Matt is an extremely knowledgeable and reliable plumber. He is staying on my speed dial.

We needed to reconnect our gas cooktop.. we called them in the morning and they arrived shortly after. The technician was really professional, solved our problem in minutes and took care of the other plumbing problem we had from the previous plumber. The price was reasonable with no hidden fees or up sales.

I normally don't give 5 stars but Austin from Snake N Laterals did a terrific job. Not only did he fix the clog, which was extremely burdensome but he explained the entire process and gave us options to improve our pipes moving forward.
