Please be aware that this company works off of commission so they are outrageously priced- the service people are out to make money off of you- not fix what needs to be fixed. Do yourself a favor and call Cary Plumbing instead. I used Rapid Repair for quite a while and then I educated myself on what things should cost. I was charged $5k for a new hot water system... Cary Plumbing quoted me $1500 for the same thing. I also got a quote from them for a few routine maintenance things and a lady sent me a quote for $4k... I thought it was odd that she kept calling me about it. I got referred to Cary Plumbing by a neighbor and again paid less than half of what RR was going to charge me. I typically don't do negative reviews, but please don't get caught in this scam. Services: HVAC maintenance, AC repair, HVAC repair, Installation, Heating system repair

The technician seemed knowledgeable. He found the rusted coil and I got it replaced. The AC worked for about a month and now it is hot again. I am not sure that the tech really found the root cause of my AC unit. I will call Rapid repair tomorrow and I will update this survey later. The tech came back and fixed the leak at the weld of the filter. They vacuumed the line, cleaned and charged the new freon with no charge since the leak caused by the tech. The AC unit works again. Thanks Rapid Repair Experts. I recommend this company if you need an honest technician. After as of Jun 02, 2021. Rapid Repair Expert automatically charged me $134.07 although the tech sent me the invoice for no charge. I called the office three times and was told that the person handles the customer account payable will return my call. So far, there was no returned call nor any email. As I mentioned above, this company has very knowledgeable and honest technician but the account customer service handle the job very lousy. I recommend DO NOT give them your credit card in file. They will abuse it and charge you for no reason. Let them send you the invoice and pay them later. I would give Rapid Repair Expert ONE STAR for billing department. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I had an appointment for 8 to 10 am. At 9:55 am they call me to tell me they can't arrive. This happened THREE MORE TIMES. Unless you want your time wasted, stay away from this company.
