Overpriced. Didn't have my items ready by promised time and did not call to let me know they were not ready so I wasted a trip to the store. Also would not honor the yelp coupon that is advertised.

I was in town for a wedding and needed some photos framed quickly.  These folks were able to get them done overnight and they looked great!  The prices were very fair and I would use them again when I'm in town.

PriceyWe should have shopped around.  Spent an hour picking out framing, matte, and glass for 4 pictures, came to $1,100, should have walked away.  Made the mistake of paying up front.  When we presented their own postcard offering 25% of complete order, we were told to bring it back when we picked up our order and talk with the owner.  When we picked up the order, no owner to be found and we were told that they wouldn't reduce the price.  There was some minor corrections that needed to be made on the largest project and we received a lot of grumbling and push back, in the end they did correct it.  One of the pictures has some slight imperfections from poor handling.  While  the frames look nice we didn't appreciate the customer experience or the price.We will not be going back.

I went to get an estimate for a small framing of a golf scorecard with an 8x10 photograph on top and they quoted me around $130. I went down the street and had it done for $75. The estimate was extremely overpriced.
