I picked up a used Fisher Micromaster microscope and had no idea where to find help with it. Mark's website came up and though he is pretty far away, I though I might be able to go there or ship there. Mark was very helpful and actually referred me to a friend who is much closer! Thanks Mark!

Being in the water treatment industry, my need for a microscope is minimal, but when I need one, I need a good one. LightForm, Inc., runs a spectral imaging application laboratory based on a Nikon ME600 and an Eclipse E800. We called Microscope Solutions to perform routine maintenance. We made a service appointment and Morgan Rathbone, the technician arrived spot on-time. He professionally cleaned all the optics, checked the Xenon fluorescence exciter, and both the mechanical stage as well as the automated stages. I contacted Mack at Microscope Solutions with a major repair on my microscope after one of my lab members accidentally knocked it off of the work bench. The head was broken, stage busted up and it was just unusable. In no time at all they had us back up and running with minimal "damage" to our budget this year. They even cleaned and adjusted the microscope. This really saved our butt on having to buy a new one!
