went to location on falls of Neuse was after work and I didn't look like I could afford anything I guess was never treated so poorly in my life anywhere... I will be spending my money elsewhere, poor customer service.

I went to this place after the good reviews i read. And, the guy who took care of me were very nice. Walked me through the sell gold process, and i was satisfied with the amount that i received for my old gold. Totally recommended! 100%

The most comfortable and friendly jewelry store! There was no pressure, just useful information. I purchased a ring, and also sold gold for a very fair price (I checked around). Definately recommend the Brier Creek location, as that's where I went. And will go again.
