I bought a dress that I just love. It was pretty pricey but the fabric is of excellent quality and the dress is really well made.

Charlotte's is my happy place! The girls always make me feel special! The selection is absolutely amazing and I always find something special! Charlotte's is my favorite place to shop!

Normally I love visiting this store when I am in the Raleigh area but will never go into this store again. I was in town for a medical appt and wanted to do some Christmas shopping so I visited North Hills. I walked into the store, there were 2 employees standing at the jewelry counter talking and putting earrings on the stores tags and talking. They did not speak to me when I entered but looked at me so they knew I was in the store. They didn't move from the spot they were in when I entered, never asked if I needed anything or if they could help me and I was the only customer in the store. I walked around and left because I felt so uncomfortable. No acknowledgment at all not even a good bye! NOTHING! 12/10 approximately 2-3 pm! :(

I have been loyal to Charlotte's since they first opened their doors more than 30 years ago! I know that I will always find something beautiful for myself and for others, so it is my go-to gift destination. You can tell that their employees genuinely care about their clients, as they always go out of their way to make sure that I will leave with the perfect find!

Such a delightful shop! Love their excellent selection of Matouk and Julie Vos. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Visited their Cameron Village store yesterday.
