        The staff is always wonderful in every way. Very client oriented, whatever the situation! This trip, Jake was particularly helpful & most pleasant. The young lady ( did not catch her name) but was so very nice & willing to help in any way. Visits to Baileys are always a joy!

        I recently had a custom piece made from several different pieces of a family members jewelry as a way to honor their memory - working with Paul throughout the custom design process was amazing. He was so thoughtful, patient, and walked us through every step of the way while ensuring we received the finished product in a timely manner. Kristy on the design side was incredibly responsive, communicative, and could not have brought a more perfect piece to life from the original drawing. Working with this team was truly a pleasure, and I would recommend them 100% for any custom pieces!
