I had a great experience at this Kay Jewelers in Brier Creek. Tierra, Thomas and Monalynn were great and very friendly. Their customer service was the best and I definitely will be seeing them again soon!!!

I had an awful experience at the Triangle Town Center Kay Jewelers so I was very hesitant to come to a different one, but because I have the lifetime warranty I had to go to Kay Jewelers to get my ring fixed.  I walked in the store and explained briefly what happened at the last store I went to just 30 earlier and they were very apologetic, even though they did nothing wrong.  They were so super nice to me, gave me Hershey kisses and took amazing care of me and my ring.  I highly recommend going to this Kay Jewelers over ANY other of their stores!  They are great and helpful and caring.  They also gave me the information I needed to make a formal complaint on a manager at the other store because of how badly I was treated and they didn't feel anyone should have to be treated like that so something should be done.  I love this store!!!
