        I stepped into the Kays store only intending to browse and ended up walking out with an anklet and a pair of earrings. I was greeted by the employees immediately upon walking in. Iris came over and asked what I was looking for and chatted with me while showing me some options. She happily answered all of the questions I had and told me about how to properly care for certain stones. The energy and attitude of the team in this store made me feel like I was talking and laughing with people I had known my entire life! I have already referred my best friends soon to be fianc to this store to see Iris

        Stopped in to look for a watch for my father . He has specific things he want on a watch.( numbers all the way around, leather band, etc . Not an easy task to complete. I met Kailey while there . She didnt have any in store . But she went online with me and helped me find exactly what I needed. She was very patient and kind. Made me feel valued even though I wasnt spending much. Will definitely be looking for her on my next purchase.
