We did not end up going with Capitol City for our new HVAC system, but I still wanted to leave a review because we had such a positive experience while we were trying to choose between different companies. Mike was very responsive, and took plenty of time to explain all of our options in detail. He did not rush us to make a decision, but did call to follow up once or twice which I really appreciated. If we need further HVAC assistance in the future, we will definitely give Capitol City a call!

The company is very professional. We had issues with our AC. Mike spent alot of time explaining my options. Mike was prompt in replacing my unit, very professional, and cleaned up any areas they were in. I highly recommend this company.

My old unit had been slowly dying for years. Each year I'd call someone out and get it going again. I got to work with quite a few of the HVAC guys in RTP. They would send their "quote guy" a few days later. The sales guy gets paid for selling and usually isn't the tech guy. He would look at my 1975 installation, and 30 seconds later, had everything he needed. Not Mike with Capital City - he is the guy. He actually got a measuring tape out and measured how much room he had, what ducts would need to be rerouted. He basically redesigned the installation on paper in order to quote what would be needed. We talked through several options. And here's the zinger - Mike was here to ensure it was installed exactly as discussed. Super happy with the new unit too. My electric bill was cut in half, and the place was freezing all summer. Services: Installation, AC installation, Duct and vent repair, Heating system installation
