Very weird experience, never ever coming back there ! I walked in and the employee was just standing behind the plexiglass wearing a mask , like a guard , crossed arms and just observing the entrance. So I was going to buy a blow dryer and she asked me if I had a mask ,I said no , because many places already stopped enforcing that non sense, anyway I said it won't take long, and she said I need it mask to buy there , I was going to just walk pass her and get my stuff ,but her body posture was challenging and I didn't want to risk being attacked by her . Anyway don't buy there

I shop sallys all the time in other areas, never once worn a mask due to medical exemption. No one has ever said a thing. Walk in to grab nails at this location, and lady was so rude. I couldnt even just purchase the nails in my hand, while shes masked behind her plexi glass, probably vaccinated and Im the only one in the store. I havent worn a mask in a year, due to getting extreme migraines, and asthma. I will never EVER come here again, I dont support businesses that dont support medical freedom. Ill stick to the other locations with outstanding customer service

Very rude staff in this store. Amazon has better prices and no "lip" from workers. If you need to visit a store, go to the Sallys at Triangle Plantation on Capital Blvd. The manager and staff at that store are kind and helpful.
