        I'm a landlord 25 years so it takes "Much Continuously" for me to get perturbed. Everytime i go to this branch, which is by my office, there is some kind of issue. Horribly trained or simply imcopetent when payments can not be effectively applied. It has to be this location as my transaction are processed correctly in the Cary location. And, this Spring Forest location has the nerve to ask me to open a checking account or my company Business. Hell will freeze over first.....

        It’s 3:45 and I walk into this branch to get a notary signature. Am told they don’t have the time to do it since they close at 4:00. Upon asking more I am then told their notary isn’t available and I won’t have time to go to any other branch since they all close at 4:00. I have 3 accounts with BoA and have been a customer for almost 20 years.
