        John Ponce at the Raleigh/Falls of the Neuse Rd. location, and all the staff there are top notch. It's so nice having a banker and tellers that know who your are when you walk in. We had that years ago with our previous bank, but they outgrew the personal touch. I highly recommend Fidelity Bank to anyone.

It's been a long time since we've had a banker that goes the distance for us as a business and our personal banking as well. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Customer Service is A+
