        I recently moved to NC. I am very happy to have found Quail Ridge Apartments. The leasing team offers an online application process that is smooth and efficient, which was very helpful since I applied from out-of-state. Maintenance repair was provided promptly. The apartments are located in a great community with everything nearby.

        My resident experience is OK, although it could be better. I have had to go to a laundromat because over the course of 2 to 3 months, the washing machine and dryers here on location were not working. The dishwasher, which is very old has not been replaced, and many other things have not been updated here. All of those things were addressed properly my experience would be excellent so since none of those things have been addressed, And since it is a quiet area, which is a good point, my experience is okay.
