I've known Donnie for over a quarter Century and he's not just an outstanding HVAC technician, he's a decent man and an asset to the community. It might take time for him to get to you because of demands upon his work schedule, but he's a one man business and that makes it hard to be everywhere at once. He's trustworthy and that puts him head and shoulders above some of his marketplace competition. His pricing is VERY fair, which is why he stays so busy. This man is amazing! Service is great & he is honest and doesn't try to rip you off. During a time when he was not working and should not have even been talking to customers, this man took the time not only to return my call but knew what was wrong with my unit based on my description and the man literally walked me thru the fix on the phone!! And no charge! Your typical Heating and Air company won't do that! Country lane loves u Donovan!
