Our AC went out and we called Cool Tech and they were able to come out within an hour. We had to get a whole new system. The whole process went smoothly and they did exactly what we were told. What a great, trustworthy company to deal with. Thank you so much Jeremiah and Randy. Your the best!

We came home from vacation yesterday and long story short, our capacitor had gone out. I had no idea that was the issue at the time. But I called Cool Tech on a whim to get a quote, because I needed it fixed ASAP. I spoke to Randy and he said he would be here in 30 minutes, and it only took him 10-15! He diagnosed the issue and fixed it very quickly, enabling our AC to get back up and running! In my opinion he was very professional. Im no expert on how much things should cost but if I did know that I wouldnt have had to call a professional! I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future! We called on a Sunday and Randy came out and diagnosed the problem but the part wasn't available so he left a portable ac unit to cool our bedroom. That was great because it was 89 in the house.
Monday Jeremiah came out and removed the part which was under parts warranty, took it across town to swap it for the new one. He came back and installed the part and we are cooling. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
