image Great employees, clean rooms, breakfast was good and the pool was a nice extra. The issue was an undisclosed "incidental fee"? Although they did refund my money and days later, charge the amount that I initially agreed to; I won't return to this hotel. All fees, charges or holds must be revealed prior to booking, anything else is just shady business practices.

image My room had bed bugs, stains in the carpet, and the door needed to be slammed in order to close all the way. Additionally, the walls were very thin. My neighbors talked all night long. The people above me stomped throughout the night.
The manager said pest control didnt find evidence of bugs. However, I left the napkin with the bugs I killed and recorded the bugs on the pillow.

We inspect regularly for this type of activity, we have solid protocols in place, we react and remedy any instances reported or discovered. Social Media should not be used to hold a business hostage, but rather to create a bidirectional dialogue that is beneficial for the public to make informed decisions from. Bed Bugs are a nuisance in the world of travel however, as a world class hotel company we have some of the best protocols in place to identify activity, rectify and remedy any instances, and ensure the safety of guests. Bed bugs come into hotels generally through the transportation methods. Bed Bugs are never “born” of the hotel, nor are they in anyway a determinator of hotel quality or cleanliness. In fact, there is no way of knowing exactly how the bed bugs entered your room. As a consumer, you have the right to choose where you want to stay when traveling and we completely understand that. We also know there is nothing we could have done differently to prevent this occurrence from happening based on our protocols.If you are traveling to the area again in the future, we can only hope you would be willing to give us another chance. Our 4.5 out of 5 rating on TripAdvisor only supports that what you have experienced is an isolated incident. It is certainly disappointing you have been impacted by this occurrence and we wish you safe travels now and in the future.

image Ive always liked the home 2 chain, but the cleanliness of this room and the lack of follow up by management now is making me choose a completely different hotel chain outside of the Hilton brand. I however did have a positive experience with the check in staff, he was friendly and informative. When we checked out, and when we informed the check out staff, she was empathetic and showed she was disgusted by the condition of the room. However we were informed that management may or may not even doing anything about it and at best Ill get extra points, but at the time she wasnt able to do anything about it and she will have management call. Its been a week and still no contact, still nothing. So because of the lack of caring I am no longer going to use the home2 hotels for any of my travels and I will not be using any Hilton owned hotels. Thank you management for showing how little who care about your guest experiences and how little you care about the conditions of your rooms.
Rooms: First glance room appeared to be cleaned, however further inspection showed that was not the case, it was dirty, the toilet wobbled, and it wouldnt flushed all the way
