Pretty outdated and the rooms are small! The 2 bedroom was quite smaller than the newer 2 bedrooms

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The bagged breakfast was a plus!  The only negative is that the beds are very uncomfortable and we had trouble falling asleep as the mattress felt like it was made up of packed hay.

Staying at this location helped make my Mother's Day one of the best EVER!  Angela S. (front desk staffer) went out of her way, spending nearly an hour successfully resolving a reservation issue that originated with another property.  She not only resolved the issue, but found us a room configuration at Residence Inn that worked perfectly.  The room was clean, our beds were very comfortable, and the free breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel.  Also an ideal location in respect to the airport, great restaurants, and activities.   Recommend 100%!!!
