        My account was sent to collections with this company, they are so incredibly rude and unprofessional. It is impossible to get any information out of them to figure out why you are in collections. If you are ever sent into collections with this company... 1) Check the amount you were sent for is the same amount they are trying to charge you, they charge more. 2) Do not pay the processing fee that they will try to tag on, it is optional. Also, the girl I talked to, Jessica, told me that if I did not pay half of what I owe today they would report it to the Credit Bureaus, this is blackmail. Be warned.

        I have not settled my debt with them yet but Jessica was very nice and informative about my collection. And the only reason Im reconsidering to settle is because I want too. This debt has been over seven years and fallen off my debt so I dont have to pay it because it wont even affect my credit anymore. So if they accept my offer I will gladly pay
