        My father was contacted by these people for a debt owed to FastMed for basically a non-service. It took months for them to give us the proof that he owed those people. When you try to email them, it comes back as undeliverable. No ethics.

        FRAUD! Fair debt collection practices act is a joke to this company. Rudest people I've ever dealt with and refused to give me the information I asked for. They also started calling relatives trying to get information about me, BIG violation of my rights.

        It's unfortunate that they don't understand that harrasing people multiple times a day will not get them their money any faster.

        0 stars if it would let me. calls rings once they leave me a voicemail saying for me to contact them about a debt i know nothing of. this place needs to be investigated. just read thru these reviews. something is up. edit: ive delt with you all in the past. nothing helpful at all. all i got was i owed something i knew nothing about and refused to do anything further. i have provided everything and was still told it was my debt. ive never once held a debt with you and if you bought a debt that i supposedly had i will say again i do not have a contract with you. all i can say is keep going down this rabbit hole. i refuse to.

      I am not sure what email you used. [email protected] is the correct one. I wish you would have contacted the office if your father was receiving an error so we could look into this. We answer and receive emails daily. Without being able to investigate the issue I can not speak to what may have cause something to come back undeliverable. I am sorry for his trouble.
