Just wanted to personally thank Catoe Well drilling Our Well motor went out Sunday night and we called these guys first thing this morning. They were at our door within the hour and the motor was replaced promptly. The process was priced fair and explained in detail. This is a family owned business with over 60 years experience. We felt like we just made two new friends meeting Darrin and his Father. Highly recommended, 5 stars! Services: Pump installation, Pump repairs & installation

Dec. 30, 2022. Catoe well service was contact to perform a service call on two commercial pumps that they installed and have serviced as needed in the past at our location. The need for service was for some minor leaks that occurred after the recent 10*F temperatures.. They scheduled the service technician to come out the next day, which he did. The technician went directly to the first pump, in which I followed his truck to the site. I arrived about 10 Minutes after his arrival. I asked how he was doing, and that was when the issue started. He was the rudest and most obnoxious person that I have ever spoken to. His voice raised and said he was fine until he showed up at our location. He complained about our pump house building and that he could not work in it and fix the problem, but he already had fixed it. He was obstinate about why it was horrible and it was bad design, yelling and screaming about it was stupid and that we were dumb as we did not know what we were doing. This went on for about five minutes while I listened in disbelieve. My own Mother never talked to me like he talked to me. Second pump was a gauge froze and the scene was very quite as he was very angry and discussed. We parted ways and I had to ask what the problems were that he fixed and we were going to have to pay for. The four general maintenance personnel at our facility have only been employed about 1 year and the was our first experience with Catoe Well Services. We have 3 of the wells and pump systems currently in use. 1 more to be added in 2023. I decided to call the company and explain the belligerent attitude and condescending conversation I had had with their employee. I spoke with Mr Catoe who immediately said the employee had called him and accused myself of being rude. I assured him that was not the case. I asked Mr Catoe to refrain from sending that employee back to our facility at anytime in the future and he was not to come on site. He stated that he would talk to him about it. Come to find out from a Catoe website search, it was his son that had been the service technician that I had encountered. We will not be using Catoe Well for anything else related to out current pumps or future ones. So sad to loose us a customer since about 1972. Service: Pump repairs & installation

Our family contacted Catoe for service to our well pump that was having some issues. I contacted them since they were the installers of the well in 2000. James and Darin were both very prompt to come out and did an outstanding job with the replacement of our well pump and diagnosis of the root cause of our issue (the house filter had been installed on the wrong side of the switch contacts). This was not previously installed by them. They corrected the filter situation as well and were very helpful with information on future care and maintenance of our water system. I would highly recommend this company and both James and Darin for anyone seeking assistance with their well or water filtration systems in the area.
