Called to get an estimate. Receptionist was very courteous. They said a tech would have to make that assessment. I only wanted a quote, not a second opinion. Anyway, guys showed up Anyway without any contact. I could've been in New York lol. We agreed, because they came anyway, to do the well pull. I called back to let them know we had reached an agreement. The office manager/owner was very rude and disrespectful!! Her name is Donna. Stay away from her, and you'll have pleasant experience. Being a contractor myself, I would have fired her on the spot. Just curious as to how much $$ that company has lost due to narcissistic conversations made by her? Good luck

I have been using Carolina Well Drilling for a couple years now and they are great! Reasonably priced, knowledgeable and always willing to show me the issues and explain! Would recommend them to anyone.

We've been using Carolina Well Drilling for about 7 years. They are always professional and reasonably priced. We recently had Michael out to help with a pump/pressure tank issue. He did some thorough troubleshooting ... identified the issue ... actually pulled the well pipe out of the ground and showed me the problem before even providing an estimate for repairs!! His estimate was LESS THAN HALF of an estimate from Southend plumbing (for the same work). The repairs were done in a couple hours and we have water again! These guys always deliver! Service: Pump repairs & installation
