I have been with this bank even before it opened this branch in Locust- They know me and my entire family- however certain employees at this branch cannot take it upon themselves to use their common sense when trying to help a customer- The only employee there with any common sense seems to be Amy and at times Mary- With Amy our of the office for a week, I needed the help of Mary- what I received was NO HELP from whomever the guy is there in the office ðŸ¤¬. I therefore had to call the home branch in Albemarle where I was helped without incident! You guys in Locust are ridiculous!! You should pick and choose your battles more carefully!!
