I called the branch today to ask if the lobby was open for business .  The polite employee, Ann, informed me that it was not open except by appointment.  Then she asked what I needed.  I told her that I needed to exchange a lot of small bills for large bills.  She told me she would do it if I called her from the parking lot when I arrived.  That's what I did.  She let me in and made the transaction.  I really appreciate good customer service and she provided just that.
