Can not say enough good things about this company! While traveling home I evidently encountered some trashy diesel which clogged my filters. I could not have made it home without their help. I tried several others on I-95 that would not help me as I was in an RV and not a truck. I called Lake Gaston RV repair and was told they could work me in and help me get home. The staff was awesome and I was on my way home after only a short layover. To my total surprise I received a text from the owner, Mark, a day later asking if everything went well. An "A+" company!

We have been using Lake Gaston Auto & RV for over a year now. We are from Texas, and working a job in the area on a 4 year contract. We live full time in our camper, and have had to make a few repairs to both the camper & our car. Using these folks has been the easiest, most convenient & price effective way to keep us on track. The entire staff is super courteous, we love that they make you feel like one of the family while you’re there. Major bonus, the office pups are top notch! Had a problem with leveling jacks on my Class C RV contacted Mark he told me to bring it in on August 16 I dropped it at 2pm Monday and got a call at 10 am on Tuesday to come pick it up nothing but good things to say about everyone I’ve met there Lake Gaston Auto and RV

When our 2015 Forest River Flagstaff HighWall PopUp with slide, bathroom, and outdoor kitchen needed a new cable, we contacted this place. They were going to send out a person to review and provide estimate but no one ever showed. My husband spoke to several people and the final person he spoke with told us we might as well trash the PopUp. YEAH RIGHT. Forest River sent us the parts we needed because things break and magically the manufacturer has parts to fix things. Our FR service person is very disappointed with LGAR's response. We repaired it. Works perfect. Sold her three weeks ago for 13,500. We bought her brand new in 2015 for 14,999 with a 1,000 delivery fee. She really held her value. So much for this place and their advice of trashing it. I will never contact them for my other campers or boats nor will I recommend them. My assumptions are they did not know how to repair; did not want to repair; or was hoping we were idiots and would sell it to them for near nothing while they fixed it and make a killing selling her.
