I took two of my broken necklaces in for repair which was my first experience with Falls Jewelers. I was very impressed with how friendly everyone was and also with the excellent service that I received. I definitely plan on using Falls Jewelers in the future. Not only do they provide excellent service but they also have some beautiful pieces of jewelry that I would love to purchase at some point.

They took care of us from the time we walked in the door until the time we left. I was looking for an engagement ring and they made the experience very easy and smooth. They also gave us a great price. I will definitely use them again for any jewelry I purchase in the future.
