Maria has been our realtor through 2 home purchases and 1 sale over the past 6 years and SHE IS THE BEST. She always makes time for you and will walk you through the entire process (which we definitely needed, as we had no clue what we were doing). When looking at homes, she pointed out any issues and concerns she saw, many things that I would have missed had I just looked on my own. The real estate market has been moving crazy fast recently and Maria was there at the drop of a hat to show us a house so that we'd have a chance to put in an offer. She communicates well and often and is a great person to have in your corner.
From the selling side, Maria came to our house twice to help us prep for sale. She advised us on what was most important to fix and what could be left alone. It definitely saved us time and money. We had many issues with our buyers' lawyer and Maria handled it all with grace.
You cannot go wrong choosing Maria to be your realtor. She is an amazing realtor and someone I am happy to call a good friend.

If you want the absolute best customer service, dedication, and kindness, look no further.
Maria and Shannon were nothing but wonderful with their punctual communication, flexibility, and organization. We were first time home buyer’s, and we were new to North Carolina. Maria was extremely knowledgeable and taught us all of the ins and outs of the market. She also informed us on the different materials used in home building, things to look for as a new buyer, and looked at every home with a fine tooth comb to ensure we knew every detail. We never felt pressured or talked into a home. We told her our budget and what was important to us in a home and she showed us homes that were perfect for us. In this very stressful market, she was able to put our minds at ease. During the whole process, Maria was just a phone call away. After the closing, Maria remained just a phone call away. We continue to feel so supported. We would recommend Spine Properties to anyone and everyone.
