One Star, would not recommend. Delivery service was bad. No communication after placing order. I emailed after not hearing from them and received a response that made no sense. Was told they shipped the package by mail but did not have the tracking number, later that day they delivered it to my front door. I ordered 4 dark roasts, all 4 were under-roasted to barely medium. 2 were so acidic that they were undrinkable, the other 2 are drinkable but not great. Really disappointed because I heard good things about them and really wanted to have a great roaster nearby. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from them again.

Incredible coffee. I roast my own in Texas and visit my family often in NC, I will exclusively be going here when I am in town. Awesome coffee and awesome story!
