        Had a great experience with Ashby’s and will definitely be going back. I’ve had adverse experiences with other shops and I feel the exact opposite bringing my truck here. I had a lot of questions and the techs were knowledgeable and gave advice on what to do.

        I'm sure this is a great business for the people who actually get serviced here. Ordered parts from them. The parts came in extremely quick. They instructed me to drop off my vehicle to get the repairs completed. There was no date, no time, no approximate time or date the work could be started or finished. I use my car daily to get to and from work. This business could not schedule an appointment as they stated they had 27 trucks ahead of me and didn't know when they could get to my vehicle. Poor management. What kind of business can not schedule you an appointment or give you a rough estimated date that the work can be started? I understand they are busy but please schedule an appointment or kindly tell me to go elsewhere. Extremely disappointed that this business could not help me.
