I've been using Sneads Ferry Tire & Auto since around 2014 when I first moved to the area. This particular recent visit was for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The front desk area was clean and well-organized. Upon entering I was greeted with a friendly smile and recognition by Autumn. She, Matthew, and Zack are great at making sure I'm well informed about any changes in work needed. This visit I was introduced to their new invoicing system, which is quite easy to read and understand. From this link sent via text, I was able to view pricing of the services I requested before signing the agreement for them to do the work. At check out, I was able to see the mechanic's recommendations for other services which were on point for my vehicle and completely reasonable in pricing. The current owner (not new for a couple years now), Kenny, is awesome and cares about his customers. He asks how the kids and my husband are, makes sure to ask if I was taken care of during this visit. The previous owner, Jim, was the same way. I have happily recommended Sneads Ferry Tire & Auto for years and will continue to do so. Thanks, crew! You're awesome!
