I love getting a massage here. They are always so nice. But one down fall is having to call 6-8 weeks in advance and still might not be available. I wish they had more openings & especially more openings for the weekends. Maybe they need to get more staff? I wish I could just hire a massage therapist to come to my house once a month rather than me struggling to get an appointment. Another thing I love is that they offer gift card promotions which is great,but they expire in a year which kind blows if they are always booked with appointments.

Absolutely awful customer service, woke up this morning feeling very ill. Called to let them know hours before my appointment. Wanted to charge me half, then when I expressed I was not paying that. They then wanted to charge me 40.00 or come in sick and wear a mask, while you are feeling awful.. I understand policies and the therapist for the massage is there. However people can not help what happens. I am not paying a fee for feeling sick and not wanting to get other sick nor am I forcing my self to have a massage while I am not feeling well.
