Lydia is super professional and extremely knowledgeable. She has a great way of explaining what shes doing as she goes and why. Her tone is very calming and she radiates a peacefulness that is soothing and promotes a positive massage atmosphere. She worked out kinks I truly didnt know I had! 12/10.

I'll first start by saying Lydia is a fantastic massage therapist, and if you are looking for someone to listen to you and accommodate your specific needs she is the person for you. As a massage therapist myself, Lydia is the person who I trust for my own bodywork. She listens to my complaints and each massage is truly customized to suit my body's needs each visit. She is an excellent therapist and you won't regret booking a massage with her!

Before my first session with Lydia I had never before experienced massage therapy. After living with pain for years and hearing accounts of how it had helped others I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment with someone I could trust to treat me in a safe, non-judgemental environment. I had some anxiety about the whole thing but I've got to say Lydia's bedside manner is positively calming. From her deftness at probing for what is really hurting in your body to her knowledge of anatomy and physiology she exudes an all-around professional yet personalized presence. Take advantage of her skills and experience so you too can discover the power of touch. That first deep breath after she gets done with you will feel like the first in a long time. 10/10

Lydia is a fantastic massage therapist. As someone who has been receiving regular massage for the past several years, I can honestly say Lydia's are amongst the best I've ever had. She's able to accommodate whatever I need, from general relaxation and body upkeep to targeted, intensely therapeutic work after injury.
