    Moved to Hville last fall. My first visit w NP Alyse Cannaday couldnt have been better. The checkin staff was pleasant also. Glad to have established w them after about ten years w an East Asheville/Black Mountan practice.

    Dr. Crocker is the best. He has helped me tremendously with a rare diagnosis and is very thorough. I've had good experiences with all the office staff. Denise is so sweet.

    Care has been fine, billing is a disaster. I got a $300 bill for labs during an annual checkup which should be covered if coded correctly. UNC health handles billing and is no help, I am moving over to Advent for all my care needs moving forward.

    I gave one star but this just applies to whoever handles patient portal messages and is in no way reflective of Dr Crocker or his nurse, Dominique. I think the world of Dr Crocker and Dominique. I am so thankful for their care. Dr Crocker has his hands full with me as I have several medical conditions that make me a challenge for him to say the least. I'm giving one star because of the way the patient portal is handled at the practice. Whoever handles reviewing and passing messages on to Dr Crocker is very slack. I can't count the number of times I've sent him updates or had to ask Dr Crocker advice on an issue and the message takes forever to be opened, reviewed and passed on to him. The person who's duty it is to handle the portal needs replacing. I use MyChart for four different clinics and Pardee Internal Medicine is the only one I have problems with. The others open, send to my doctor and I get a reply whithin the same day. Sometimes whithin a couple of hours. I'm wondering if I am the only one with this experience.
