$272 for a 20 min regular office visit is shameful for a non-profit, even if you pay your doctors by the minute! Thats why there are more sick people in this country than healthy ones. We overpay for insurance, we overpay for taxes and then we get ripped off for a height/weight check.

Although I loved having Dr. Chin and Erica as health providers for years and I would totally recommend them, the administration, billing and poor phone customer service are absolutely not worth the trouble. They billed me 6 months later for an office visit that was supposed to be covered by my insurance but because they coded it wrong and refused to change the code now I have to pay out of pocket for it. I've spent over 5 hours now on hold, phone calls and e-mails and still resolving it. Very disappointed, will not be back! P.S. I did call the number you provided in the response (twice) and as with all the other numbers that I have dealt with, no resolution: left a voicemail and no call back. Let me spend some more of my time and give you the details: For 3 years going through the same exact visit (blood work and prescription refill) I have never paid more than the basic copay (if that) and now they are asking me to pay $87 (more than 3 times that amount). After spending 5 hours going back and forth between you and my insurance and trying to explain to you that you have made a coding error, I was told the code is not going to change and when I said I will not pay it unless someone gives me a more reasonable explanation what is different this time, you had a debt collector call me. So I called the number they gave me to retrieve my medical records and I am still waiting for them. I hope this gives you an idea of the amount of frustration I have for all the hours I have wasted to get anything done from this organization.
