Well the guy upfront was very nice, and the lobby is awesome! 50 years ago this was the coolest hotel around. But when we walked in the rooms you get a very very nasty dead bugs on the bathroom floor. So we checked out 5 minutes later. Awesome potential but avoid until it's fixed and let them go out of business for now

The room was OK finally but I had called ahead it took one hour twenty minutes to get in a room I asked for a smoking room the girl gave me one key wouldn't work.I'm a driver so I carried all my stuff back to the lobby she redid the card and went with me i carried my stuff back two guys walked out of my room before we got there well ? We get back to the lobby 8 guys r there she put them in front of me. Said I'm sorry no more smoking rooms left they got them I hate this place

called to confirm reservations and amenities. Was told they had amenities, but upon arrival found those amenities were exaggerated. Yes they have a hot tub, but it hasn't worked in years, yes they have a steam room, it doesn't work either. WE specifically asked after these amenties, they told us over the phone they worked. Seems like they haven't worked in a long time and are not likely to work again. No explanation from the front desk or an apology for giving us misleading information.
