There are many garages all across North Carolina - but when you come across a garage who helps you out when on vacation and does it with professionalism you need to shout out. This is my SHOUT OUT to Quiktech in Hampstead. I was towed in due to a dead battery and fried fuses due to a clueless individual trying to "help". I was greeted with kindness, understanding, and upbeat staff. I had to wait for a part that was 30 mins away on a good day but with holiday traffic it was over 2 hours. Their lobby was cleaner then more dealerships, especially the bathroom.
Two specific individuals stood out among the best. Dan and Kyle worked on my car trying to get a fuse that I believe Toyota never meant for it to be changed. Dan was upbeat and was training Kyle who will be an excellent mechanic. I cannot express my gratitude for their assistance on getting me back on the road. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your car needs.
PS: Their oil changes are quick and their inspections are thorough! I watched them for many hours. You will not be disappointed.

Wrong filter put in car along w transmission fluid in oil. Talked to manager he said I was crazy even though I went to Walmart this morning and they found out problems
