Very unhappy about his morning as I was told to drop off the car between 8:30 and 9:00 but there was no one around and the place was closed up tight!!! We won't be back! Even if we have to drive to Wilmington for repairs!!!!

I have had several good experiences with M&S. They are the only place around who will change tires on a corvette. also, I had the joints on my driveshaft replaced among other repairs. The prices they charged have not been outrageous, either. I am in no way affiliated with M&S, just didn't like the only reviews to be the 4 one-stars above. Wanted to show others have had good experiences.

Ok so my car broke down across the street, didn't want to push it because it was rush hour and traffic was crazy. I set up a free tow but they offered to tow it for me. They charged me for a tow that was not even a half mile away. They did fix my issue (a bolt missing from rotor cap) however in the process they ripped a hole in my air tube and didn't put plug wires on correctly, they were so loose one fell off. Shop is also disorganized. It was an Awful experience.

Finally taking a time to write the review. Took my truck to them via recommendation from a friend. I told them I believed my truck had a blown head gasket and asked if they would be able to do that type of work. They diagnosed the problem and told me, I do not have a blown headgasket problem. The assistant that worked there told me it was a blown head gasket. They then quoted me 1200.00 for fix of radiator and other problems. I trusted their word and with multiple phone calls and conversations came to find they were charging me 2200.00. Every phone call I asked if the orginal quote had changed and nothing. The job took over 2 weeks to fix and when I went to pick it up, they were not there. I showed up early the next morning. To my shock, the bill was 1000.00 dollars more than originally quoted. I spoke to the owner about the difference in the bill and agreed to pay 1900.00. I drove it off the lot and found the original problem still existed. The truck was then diagnosed by another shop to have a blown head gasket. I paid 1900.00 and waited for over two weeks to have nothing completed. The shop is not honest and both the assistant and the owner were not honest. He told me upon realizing the problem still existed he would contact me and work something out. I tried multiple times to contact him and he never returned one phone call. The shop is not honest at all. I recommend a legit place I have found via bad places like this place. Absolute terrible experience.
