Rented a midsize car after hours for following day at 11. Showed as available along with price. Arrived at 1040ish and the associate at the counter was friendly and professional. She informed me that midsize wasn’t available but there was an “economy extra car†that an employee had. I did not want this but ultimately didn’t have another choice because I was only renting it to get back to RDU. Literally needed it for 2 hours. I was then informed that they charge 400% over the price of the rental for incidental damages. Yes that is not an error 4x the “rental price†for a car I could barely see through the window it was so small. I again had no choice so I went with it. The associate called to let the employee driving know the plan for that car. As the employee Michela-sp? arrived she walked in so I greeted her letting her know that I was switching places with her. She can me the most rude look and turned her had over to give me the keys. During this brief interaction she never parted her lips to say hi or show any level of customer service for an employee. After already having a stressful situation I was sorting out and then to have that attitude I would not recommend this location to anyone. You may not have a car but you may also get an attitude to top it off. After I got in the car it was by far the dirtiest rental I have even received. It was very clear the floors hadn’t been vacuumed and were covered with dirt. I was grateful for the Clorox wipe that I was able to clean the areas I was forced to touch since with the apparent lack of cleanliness prior to renting. 1 star only because I drove away.

Had a bad experience, found out after I arrived in Greenville, N.C. that I was on the DO NOT RENT LIST, but I had a conformation in Buffalo, NY that everything was OK. What a surprise as soon as I landed, I was told that they couldn't rent to me. Why was I not told this before I arrived and left stranded, but I was able THANK GOD TO RENT FROM HERTZ!!! Will never use Enterprise again, bad Customer Relations!!! Did not try to resolve the issue with me and never called back by a representative as I was told that one would call me back, never happened.

Went to pick up a reservation but needed to change the main driver on the vehicle. Was told to add me to the vehicle there would be a $15/day charge though she is my fiancé and we have been living together long enough to be considered domestic partner which is a option to not charge per ENTERPRISE online policy. The amount given to me on the phone when I rented it was not the amount they were going to charge at check out even though I showed them the price on my reservation. Then when asked if we could just cancel the current reservation and do one under my fiancé and add her government ID they stated they couldn’t and it would have to be done online. At no time did they ever offer to help in any way to fix any issues or make the experience better. Will not being doing business with this office again.
